Hillsider Condo in Steamboat Springs!
This Steamboat Springs rental property is close to the ski slopes, but also great in the summer.
Hillsider, on Apres Ski Way is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, newly remodeled (and very nice) unit with a loft. It sleeps 6 people with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the upstairs bedroom, and a set of bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the loft.
The kitchen is fully equipped and very cheerful, with a 4-stool breakfast bar. The living room has a gas rock fireplace, cable TV/VCR, a stereo, and a ceiling fan.
The complex has a laundry facility, a spa in the winter, and a pool in the summer. This condo has a ski locker and is on the free bus route. It is also only 3 blocks from the bottom of the Steamboat Springs ski slopes.

Rental Policy
Rental Policies: 50% deposit required to reserve. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and checks.
Refunds: If you cancel your reservation for any reason before 60 days of your arrival date, you will receive a refund minus 10% of the gross rental amount. If you cancel with less than 60 days to your arrival date and we are able to re-book your dates, you will receive a full refund minus 10% of your gross rental amount.
We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance through a reputable company such as Travel Guard (www.Travelguard.com) for unforeseen acts of nature/God. Please read description of coverages carefully before purchasing.
Rates stated do not include taxes or service charges. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. We accept checks, money order, Visa, MC, and American Express.
