Hillsider Condo in Steamboat Springs!
This Steamboat Springs rental property is close to the ski slopes, but also great in the summer.
Hillsider # 6, on Apres Ski Way is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, newly remodeled (and very nice) unit with a loft. It sleeps 6 people with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the upstairs bedroom, and a set of bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the loft.
The kitchen is fully equipped and very cheerful, with a 4-stool breakfast bar. The living room has a gas rock fireplace, cable TV/VCR, a stereo, and a ceiling fan.
The complex has a laundry facility, a spa in the winter, and a pool in the summer. This condo has a ski locker and is on the free bus route. It is also only 3 blocks from the bottom of the Steamboat Springs ski slopes.

Rental Policy
Rental Policies: 50% deposit required to reserve. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and checks.
Refunds: If you cancel your reservation for any reason before 60 days of your arrival date, you will receive a refund minus 10% of the gross rental amount. If you cancel with less than 60 days to your arrival date and we are able to re-book your dates, you will receive a full refund minus 10% of your gross rental amount.
We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance through a reputable company such as Travel Guard (www.Travelguard.com) for unforeseen acts of nature/God. Please read description of coverages carefully before purchasing.
Rates stated do not include taxes or service charges. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. We accept checks, money order, Visa, MC, and American Express. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Please read the Rental Policy page or contact us for more details and the refund policy. We do recommend purchasing All-Seasons Travel Plan through TravelGuard to protect against Acts of God out of your control. |
