12 bedroom Steamboat Lodge- a TRUE COLORADO EXPERIENCE
Relax with all your close family and friends in your own private mountain lodge! This property has 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms (plus 2 half-bathrooms) and covers 8,200 square feet. It is large enough for groups of up to 34, so it's perfect for family reunions and other large groups.
The design is classic lodge style with high ceilings, a high stone fireplace, huge beams and walls of glass. 12 bedrooms have private baths and most have king beds or two queen beds. Three bedrooms also have a day bed with a trundle.
Although it is only an 8-minute drive to the Ski area parking lot, the lodge is nestled in a private valley near Rabbit Ears Pass, surrounded by open space and adjoining National Forest. Enjoy beautiful hikes in your own back yard! Let the kids run freely and explore, without worrying about traffic. All will find the lodge a beautiful and quiet getaway just minutes from all the action and activities the Steamboat area have to offer. You can easily load up the group into cars and drive into Steamboat for a day of fun at the hot springs or shopping or skiing, etc... then return to your beautiful mountain retreat!

The large kitchen enables you to provide and prepare your own cuisine or have catering provided by many of Steamboat’s awesome chefs. The small bar located next to the living room makes storing and serving libations convenient and easy.
Rabbit Ears Pass has some of the best cross country skiing, snowmobiling and hiking in the entire state. It’s our backyard. If you are up for a challenge, try the 7-mile long Devil’s Hangover ski easement dedicated in 1938 which starts on the west summit and ends up at the Lodge. If hiking is your thing, let's put it this way: you can walk out the door and hike to Wyoming if you like. The Haymaker Golf Course is a 5 minute drive and has been rated one of the best public courses in Colorado.
