Rent One or Both of These Great Duplexes in Steamboat!
The Black Bear Lodge at Burgess Creek is a newly constructed property with two duplexes. They offer some of the finest mountain accommodations in Steamboat, including an optional full-service catered chalet package with a private chef.
Guests may rent each 4 bedroom duplex individually, but for larger groups guests may rent both 4 bedroom duplexes for a total of 8 bedrooms. The property has been designed to allow both units to be used together. Each level has a connecting door creating 8 bedroom, Black Bear Lodge.
Each duplex offers 4 large bedrooms and every bedroom has their own private bathroom. There are a combined 10 full bathrooms and 2 half baths in this combined area of over 9500 square feet.
Each duplex offers a spacious great room and covered decks with mountain views and an elevator serving all floors. The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes the finest appliances from Wolf and Sub Zero. The spacious dining area has a custom handcrafted 10 person dining table. The rec. room on the lower level combines as a media and games room with a 50" big screen TV with surround sound, Playstation 2 video games and a pool table. The mud room includes a boot dryer and storage cupboards for all your ski equipment
Bedrooms:
Three master bedrooms in each side offers optional bed configurations of either a king or two twin beds. The fourth bedroom offers two sets of bunks that are queen beds on the lower level and twins on top. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom. The media room also offers a queen sleeper sofa with another private bathroom. The luxurious beds have high thread-count sheets, featherbeds and Euro comforters. Bedrooms also offer individual DVD players and flat panel LCD TV's, alarm clocks with MP3 / IPOD input, robes and slippers. This unique bedding configuration provides up to 11 individual beds in each chalet - also ideal for corporate gatherings.
A ski shuttle service is provided with this property.
